This includes the right to be protected from mental health risks, the right to available, accessible, acceptable, and good quality care, and the right to liberty, independence and inclusion in the community.” WHO Oct 23:2023
Despite the desire to have more comprehensive and methodically intense information… most MH providers do not get it because of the time and expense to develop extra testing within one’s ‘managed care’ employment context.
Additionally, security issues related to MH privacy and one’s civil rights (HIPAA) as a patient seal important personal information from comparison studies.
If all the studies and more were readily available at the cost of an AI voice request today… we could at scale radically present new information enabling an upgraded redefinition of current MH standards or perhaps a new model of mental health.
What if we were to partner with AI technology providers to create an audiovisual 2D “companion” capable of holding conversation styled interviews with a human… each one put together by the patient to assist our World MH Census…all of it accomplished from a single free app for each participant that would benefit every one of the one in nine suffering MH issues by providing bio specific information of each patient while none of it psychiatrically specific to any patient
.On Feb. 24 Open AI’s SORA (text to video) was introduced with a revolutionary standard of tools for audiovisuals( text to video) furthering the 2D field along with Anthropic, Runway and other companies that continue to make great important strides.

Many news articles about generative AI are reporting further discovery related to energy usage, chip design, and data storage with research wealth lavished on getting the very best talent at the highest bid for “companion capable AI”. The end product for high tech today is the development of a naturally conversing AI companion. Our project would only require in part scripting technology previously developed by Chat Bot tech trained to conduct live interviews with humans.
If all the major AI technology giants have proposed the quality of getting done what needs to be done for our project as being a type of grail then our World Census project stands a
chance of partnering with one some or all because of how we are thinking of this World Census
Our potential TECHNOLOGY partners who will enable the proposed use current tech relevant to each task and may value our proposal in turn as a partner because our proposal provides them data riches delivered only at scale,
An interview done in a conversational format understood and emulated for our World Census must first request of each of its MH human partners (and team) permission to proceed with the Census thereby legally enabling the Census to gather all pertinent information.
Because of its high impact the cache of doing and getting done is for the best of intellects…an enlightened altruism that helps others who cannot help themselves, not to mention, the trillions of dollars to be made from all areas if and when successful…the prototype created to model will become revolutionary by helping the 1 in 9 persons to realize an end to suffering or a way to better manage life and certainly create a new paradigm to better understand mental health.
